It is the 4th generation in random packing design. Metal Super Raschig Ring’s design offers an optimal solution to industry’s demands for a modern heavy-duty packing. Compared with ordinary packings, it overcome the droplet formation caused by frequent interference accompanying large gas loads.Metal Super Raschig Ring has a more than 30% greater load capacity, an almost 70% lower pressure drop and a mass transfer efficiency exceeding that of conventional metal packings by over 10%. It is suitable for various separation, absorption and desorption devices, atmospheric and vacuum equipment, synthetic ammonia decarburization, desulfurization system, ethyl stupid separation, isooctane / clumsy separation and so on.
